Most buyers don’t realize that their own brokerage representation costs nothing. Our fee is paid by splitting the commission of the listing Broker. Not having a Broker to represent your interests as a buyer, however, could cost a lot. How can we save you money?
1. Representation in the negotiation. We will negotiate the price of the boat on your behalf, and with access to international market data, we ensure you get the best possible deal.
2. We hold your deposit. Your hard earned money is held in escrow locally until the due diligence period is complete and the deal is closed. If the deal falls through for whatever reason and you are no longer obligated to purchase the boat, we refund your money immediately. The Broker holding your money is working for you, not the Seller.
3. We arrange the logistics. Do you know who to contact to get the boat hauled for survey? Any idea who to contact for the best shipping price? We can help. We take great care to ensure that you save as much money as possible and the process is completely worry free.
4. We take care of the paper work. First of all, we protect you with an Agreement of Purchase and Sale. We ensure you have clear title to the boat. We oversee the importation procedure to make sure the boat is imported properly and efficiently; no paying a shipping company to sit at the border. We also assist in licensing and registration procedures.
